CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-181 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN <br />ESTABTJSHING THE SALARY AND SUPPLRMENTARY <br />BENEFITS FOR CITY ATTORNEY MICHAEL H. ROUSH <br />AND AMENDING THE BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has the authority to set the salary and <br />supplementary benefits for the position of City Attorney; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the salary and supplementary benefits for the City <br />Attorney were set November 21, 1989, effective <br />September 26, 1989; and <br /> <br />the City Council is desirous of changing the current <br />compensation and supplementary benefits for City Attorney <br />Michael H. Roush. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The salary and supplementary benefits for City Attorney <br />Michael H. Roush, effective September 26, 1990, shall be <br />as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The salary and supplementary ben~fits set forth in <br /> Resolution No. 89-494 are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3: The 1990-91 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended <br /> accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
