ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Leppert <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 1853 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration for case Z-80-13. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson, that case Z-80-13 be recommended for approval subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report, eliminating condition #2. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Geppert <br />Abstain : Pdone <br />Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Doherty <br />Resolution No. 1854 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case Z-80-13, subject to the staff report, deleting condition #2. <br />RZ-80-4, Planning Commission (item 6c) <br />Inasmuch as there was no one in the audience concerned with this item <br />as determined by a poll of hands, Chairperson Doherty moved this item <br />to the end of the agenda. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />There were no matters for review. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAPS <br />Tract 4539, Centex <br />Application of Centex Homes for tentative map approval for a 79-lot <br />residential subdivision to be located on a 32.4 acre site between <br />Pleasanton School upper playfield and p4irador Drive immediately southerly <br />of the residences bordering Angela Street. The site is zoned PUD- <br />Residential (Planned Unit Development-Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and stated the tentative map con- <br />forms to the PUD requirements and that the staff recommends approval <br />subject to typical subdivision requirements. <br />Commissioner Wilson addressed item lOb of the Engineering Services <br />report and inquired as to who would pay for the signalization study <br />for the First Street and Pico Avenue intersection done by a traffic <br />engineering consultant. Mr. Harris stated that Centex will pay for <br />-6- <br />
