The site is zoned PUD- <br />Residential (Planned Unit Development-Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and stated the tentative map con- <br />forms to the PUD requirements and that the staff recommends approval <br />subject to typical subdivision requirements. <br />Commissioner Wilson addressed item lOb of the Engineering Services <br />report and inquired as to who would pay for the signalization study <br />for the First Street and Pico Avenue intersection done by a traffic <br />engineering consultant.
