MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds <br />Cafeteria, Pleasanton Avenue <br />Wednesday, April 9, 1980 <br />8:00 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Acting Chairperson <br />DeWitt Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Getty, Bill Jamieson and DeWitt Wilson, <br />Acting Chairperson <br />Commissioners Absent: Gregg Doherty, Chairperson <br />Commissioner Resigned: Kenneth Leppert <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Walt Schaumburg, <br />Director of Engineering Services; James R. Walker, <br />City Manager; and Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />Council Members Present: None <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the March 12, 1980 Planning Commission meeting were approved <br />as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN TO MEMBERS OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />PUD-79-14, Amador Valley Investors <br />Application of Amador Valley Investors to rezone from the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District and development plan approval for a 34-lot single-family resi- <br />dential subdivision proposed to be constructed on a 9 acre parcel located <br />on the south side of Fairlands Drive opposite its intersection with <br />Brockton Drive. A negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />also considered. <br />Acting Chairperson Wilson asked Mr. Harris if there was anything further <br />to be added to the staff report and Mr. Harris responded there was not. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />
