ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Motion: Commissioner Lindsey <br />Second: Commissioner Doherty <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Getty <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1987 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case GP-81-1. <br />GP-81-2, Stoneson Development Corporation <br />Application of Stoneson Development Corporation to change the General <br />Plan land use designation of the 91.5± acre site located between I-580, <br />the Stoneridge Mall Road, Stoneridge Drive and I-680 from "High Density <br />Residential" and "Open Space (Parks and Recreation)" and "Community <br />Facilities (Schools)" to "Commercial and Offices," "High Density <br />Residential" and "Open Space (Parks)." A negative declaration of <br />environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that while there are significant adverse impacts of the <br />project related to traffic, noise, housing and the provision of public <br />services and facilities, conditions of approval 1 through 6 for project <br />approval as shown in the staff report will reduce those negative <br />impacts to an insignificant level and that the negative declaration <br />proposed for case GP-81-2 be recommended for adoption. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1988 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the mitigated negative declaration prepared for case GP-81-2. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case GP-81-2 be approved subject to the conditions shown <br />in the staff report of 5/13/81. <br />-18- <br />_.... .~___._.__._~.__.._. ____ _ .~...~ _ __,.. _..._ _._._.... _ .. __ _ __.._ _r. ._ __ <br />__ <br />
