13. Change the Sunol Corporation Yard and Sewage Treatment Plant site, the 20 acres of City owned land immediately west of the sewage treatment plant and the 5 acre San Francisco Water Department site north of the City property from "Public and Institutional" and "General and Limited Industrial" to "High Density Residential." This property totals approximately 40 acres in size. Recommends denial of Item #13 above. ROLL CALL VOTE Motion: Commissioner Jamieson Second: None Commissioner Jamieson stated he agreed with the comments of Mr. Madden relating to BART. This motion died for lack of a second. Recommends approval of Item #13 above and Condition ld of the staff report which reads as follows: Reduce the size of Area 13 from 37-1/2 to 27-1/2 acres and if the southern BART route is deleted from the General Plan, move Area 13 nortYiward so that it occupies essentially that area along the south side of Bernal Avenue Extension between Sunol Boulevard and the Western Pacific Railroad tracks which is now shown on the General Plan as Public and Institutional (the BART station site). Recommends approval of Item #14 making a change from 2-1/2 acres to 5 acres in a 27-1/2 acre site.
