MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds - Cafeteria <br />Pleasanton Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 10, 1981 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson DeWitt Wilson at 8:56pm. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Bill Jamieson, <br /> Larry Lindsey and DeWitt Wilson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning & <br /> Community Development, Robert L. Warnick, <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br /> Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br /> Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: None <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the 5/13/81 meeting were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />After discussion between City Staff, Planning Commission and applicants <br />the following revisions were made: <br />Continue the following Items: <br />PUD-81-7, Foothill Knolls to 6/17/81, 4:OOpm, City Hall <br />PUD-81-6, Vintage Assoc. to 7/8/81, Cultural Arts Ctr. <br />UP-81-8, Kaiser Sand & Gravel to 8/12/81, Alameda Co. <br />Fairgrounds Cafeteria, 8:OOpm <br />GP-80-2, Reynold C. Johnson to 8/12/81, Alameda Co. <br />Fairgrounds Cafeteria, 8:00 pm <br />RZ-81-7, City of Pleasanton to 7/8/81, Cultural Arts Ctr. <br />Report on changes to C-S District to 7/8/81, Cultural Arts <br />Center. <br />Marcia Taylor, 125 Ray St., requested that case RZ-81-7 and the Report on <br />changes to the C-S District not be continued. The Commission felt that to <br />continue it to 7/8/81 would allow the people at the 65 Ray Street Nuclear <br /> <br />
