The design and construction of said wall to be sub- <br />mitted to the Planning and Engineering Divisions prior to submittal <br />of a final map. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 2049 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-81-16. <br />PUD-81-17, Chang Su-D Lin <br />Application of Chang Su-0 Lin for Planned Unit Development zoning and <br />development plan approval for a 121 unit townhouse/duplex residential <br />complex proposed to be located on the east side of Muirwood Drive, <br />between West Las Positas Boulevard, Lemonwood Way and I-680. The <br />property is zoned A (Agricultural) District. A mitigated negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. <br />Commissioner Wilson stepped down for possible conflict of interest. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />He stated the applicant is following recommendations made as a <br />result of a noise study. He further recommended condition #27 be <br />deleted. Mr. Warnick explained that 42 ft. would be satisfactory. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ted Fairfield, P. 0. Box 1148, Pleasanton, represented Mr. Lin giving a <br />presentation on the proposal stating they had to comply with many <br />regulations inasmuch as the proposal is in a scenic highway corridor, <br />next to the a freeway and they also have to comply with the City noise <br />and other regulations. He said that the project is not located in a <br />flood zone, but that the map probably won't be revised for years to <br />come. He stated that the units are not affordable housing, but there <br />may be a few that come under this category. <br />Don Klenk, 7446 Palm Court, addressed this proposal with definite con- <br />cerns for children going to Lydiksen school.
