A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Wilson <br />that case PUD-81-21, CPS & Associates be denied. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2078 was then entered and adopted denying case PUD-81-21 <br />to amend the approved PUD as filed under PUD-80-1. <br />The applicant was advised that staff would check the ordinance and <br />and let him know whether or not he would have to appeal this decision <br />or if it would go to City Council automatically. <br />UP-81-26, Woodhill Development Company <br />Application of Woodhill Development Company for conditional use permit <br />approval to allow a sales office and model home complex on the north <br />side of Laramie Gate Circle and the west side of Santa Rita Road <br />(Tract 4671). The property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Resi- <br />dential) District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts <br />will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 10/28/81 at the applicant's request. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION REVIEW <br />Peters Avenue Land Use Study <br />Commissioner Jamieson suggested a special meeting to address the <br />Peters Avenue Land Use Study. Chairperson Getty stated she would <br />also like to take up the issue of the parking study.
