Commissioner Wilson stated that RAP should be August or September so <br />that one could get their map filed in a timely manner for construction <br />early Spring. Mr. Swift said there is nothing in the current ordi- <br />nance which sets forth a time RAP must be heard during the year. <br />The Commissioners agreed September would be a good time to consider RAP. <br />RAP Extension <br />Commissioner Wilson discussed RAP approvals and the lapse thereof in <br />18 months. Mr. Swift stated that every year the Council has extended <br />the approved RAP allocations and no one has lost out. It was suggested <br />that because of economic times this be put in the ordinance so <br />that no one will lose out because of financing. <br />Revenue Mortgage Bond Exemption <br />The Planning Commission agreed to endorse a one-time ordinance or <br />resolution allowing the City Council to exempt projects coming <br />under the proposed mortgage revenue bond program. <br />The City DZanager discussed briefly the revenue mortgage bond <br />situation. <br />Ted Fairfield asked when the next RAP would happen.
