MINUTES <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Civic Center Conference R,~om <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, November 4, 1981 <br />4:0o P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:10 p.m. by Chairperson Getty. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Larry Lindsey, DeWitt Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Commissioners Absent: Gregg Doherty and Bill Jamieson <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Harvey E. Levine, City Attorney; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; <br />James R. Walker, City Manager; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: mayor Mercer arrived toward the end of this <br />special meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />No Minutes were submitted for approval. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />There was no old business. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />There was no new business. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Review of the Residential Allocation Program <br />Mr. Harris introduced Mr. Levine, City Attorney, who presented both <br />his and the RAP Review Committee recommendations concerning the <br />Residential Allocation Program. <br />Mr. Levine summarized the RAP Review Committee's recommendation as well <br />as that of staff. <br />Commissioner Wilson asked that the items be reviewed step-by-step <br />for recommendation purposes. <br />,..... <br />
