MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California City Council Chambers 200 Bernal Avenue Wednesday, January 26, 1983 7:45pm CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:15pm by Chairperson Larry Lindsey. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Bill Jamieson, DeWitt Wilson and Chair- person Larry Lindsey Commisssioners Absent: Staff Members Present: Council Members Present: None Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Develop- ment; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary None APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes of the January 26, 1983 meeting were approved as submitted. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA No one address the Commission. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Mr. Harris reported the following changes should be made to the agenda: Item 5a continued to 2/9/83; Item 7b continued indefinitely and Item 8a should be continued to 2/23/83. The Commission agreed to these changes. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS Chairperson Lindsey asked Mr. Swift for a report on the Hacienda Business Park litigation. Mr. Swift responded. Commissioner Getty reminded the Planning Commissioners about the upcoming Planning Commissioners Institute. Commissioner Wilson offered his home in Santa Cruz to the Commissioners who wished to attend. Commissioner Doherty reported that he had received an anonymous telephone call from someone who hung up when he responded that he was the Gregg Doherty who is on the Planning Commission.
