MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 26, 1983 <br />7:45pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:15pm by Chairperson Larry <br />Lindsey. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Bill <br />Jamieson, DeWitt Wilson and Chair- <br />person Larry Lindsey <br />Commisssioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Council Members Present: <br />None <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Develop- <br />ment; Robert L. Warnick, Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />None <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the January 26, 1983 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one address the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris reported the following changes should be made to <br />the agenda: Item 5a continued to 2/9/83; Item 7b continued <br />indefinitely and Item 8a should be continued to 2/23/83. <br />The Commission agreed to these changes. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairperson Lindsey asked Mr. Swift for a report on the Hacienda <br />Business Park litigation. Mr. Swift responded. <br />Commissioner Getty reminded the Planning Commissioners about <br />the upcoming Planning Commissioners Institute. Commissioner <br />Wilson offered his home in Santa Cruz to the Commissioners <br />who wished to attend. <br />Commissioner Doherty reported that he had received an anonymous <br />telephone call from someone who hung up when he responded that <br />he was the Gregg Doherty who is on the Planning Commission. <br />
