Anyone desiring to speak may do so only after being recognized by the <br />Chairperson. In addressing the Planning Commission we ask that you not repeat <br />points made by a previous speaker and that you organize your comments so that <br />your statement is concise and pertinent to the topic under discussion. Should <br />rebuttal be requested each side will have a total of five (5) minutes.
