He then presented letters from <br />the tenants confirming their agreement to the conversion. There <br />were no questions of Mr. Krause. <br />There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty, to approve the tentative subdivision and condominium <br />conversion, Tract 5168, for six rental units at 4359 Fairlands Drive. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners - Doherty, Getty, Lindsey and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2307 was entered and adopted approving the condominium <br />conversion as motioned above. <br />Tract 5004, Doroth Johnson and Ken Gooch and Associites <br />App ication o Dorothy Johnson an Ken Gooch an Associates for <br />tentative approval to subdivide approximately five acres into <br />18 lots (minimum lot size, 8000 sq. ft.) .just east of the <br />intersection of Mavis Drive and Rowell Lane. Toning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report on this matter. <br />Commissioner Getty asked if this property would be included <br />in an assessment district for. Vineyard Avenue. Mr. Okamura <br />indicated there were no improvements to Vineyard Avenue at this <br />time, so there would be no assessment district. <br />Commissioner Wilson asked if Condition 31 stands as presented <br />and Mr. Okamura indicated it did. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr, Ken Gooch, 4466 Black Avenue, spoke on behalf of the applicants. <br />Mr. Gooch read into the record a portion of a letter he had sent <br />to the neighbors in the area which included reference to those <br />persons assisting on the project and establishment of an Architectural <br />Control Committee for which he would like two volunteers from the <br />neighboring community.. <br /> <br />
