MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Monday, November 28, 1983 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 8:09 by Chairman William <br />Jamieson. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />R(1T.T. CAT T_ <br />Commissioners Present: Al Arrigoni, Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey, <br />DeWitt Wilson and Chairman Bill Jamieson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant City <br />Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Joe Hill, Fire Chief, Dolores Bengtson, Director of <br />Recreation and Human Services; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the 11/9/83 meeting were approved as submitted changing the $2100 <br />figure on Page 15 to $21,000. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION ON ANY <br />ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this matter. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris reported that Item 5c, case PUD-83-21 and Item 5e, case GP-83-10 <br />be continued to 12/14/83. The Planning Commission concurred. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that a change <br />to the ordinance relating to heights of fences in commercial/industrial areas <br />be initiated. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />~. <br />_. ..._.... _~.W_..._. ____._ ._ _ ... _. ._ _ _ .._..~ _..__._.. _ _ __ _.._ _ _ _ _._ ~_ <br />
