CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNI~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-170 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM FOR ADDITIONAL LIBRARY <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the agreements between the <br />City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda, regarding <br />additional library services, copies of which are attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON SEPTEMBER 18, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />Michael H.
