Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. The public hearing was opened. Joe Simmons, Shelter Capital, Gatewood Associates, urged approval of this project. He indicated that they do not intenturoosesvhet any of the units prior to 15 years but for financing p p needed to subdivide the property. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Wellman that Tract 5241 conforms to the general plan and is to be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report. Analysis of TJKM Assumptions Report Mr. Warnick presented the staff report indicating that the analysis is probably short-term as it will continue to be modified as circumstances dictate. Commissioner Innescpnderning understand this since the proposal is for methodology traffic. A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that the Staff report dated 10/24/84 incorporating the letter of Wilbur Smith dated 10/4/84 and Revised Standards by TJKM dated 10/10/84 be recommended for approval; and that the methodology be reviewed by Staff every six months.
