Minutes <br />Planning Commissi~ <br />10/24/84 <br />that the lot does not have 35 ft. of frontage on a public street <br />and is only a 15-1/2 flag lot. This is a workable lot for what <br />is being proposed on the property and asked the Commission to <br />amend the Ordinance Code to allow for it. <br />Chairman Doherty asked the location of the access to Parcel A. <br />Mr. Harris indicated that it is on the stem as shown on the map. <br />Commissioner Wilson asked why anyone would want a lot without <br />frontage to the street. Mr. Harris stated that the road will be <br />used primarily be maintenance people. He urged the Commission to <br />allow 15 1/2 feet instead of the required 35 ft. frontage on a <br />public street. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner. Getty that Lot 25A as shown on Parcel Map 4393 be <br />allowed to have a 15 1/2 frontage on a public street as opposed <br />to the required 35 ft. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioner.
