Grocers live in Dublin, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, Fremont, Union <br />City. Only three of them live in Pleasanton. <br />Commissioner Innes asked Mr. Reid about the parking relative to <br />the total number of employees on the premises. Mr. reid said <br />there are 301 parking spaces with only 175 people working there. <br />Vince Wong, architect, for the project presented their proposal. <br />He described the phasing of the development. All of the parking <br />area will be fully developed during the first phase. Prudential <br />is making sure no eyesore will be created. The materials and <br />colors are basically as presented on the color board. <br />Chairman Doherty then asked how many additional employees there <br />would be in phase two. Mr. Wong said there will be 175 total in <br />both phases. Chairman Doherty commented that they are providing <br />a lot of parking for this development. Mr. Wong stated this is <br />in compliance with the CC&Rs for the project. <br />Dave Gates, Landscape Architect, reviewed phase two of the <br />development. He presented an analogy with Crum and Forster. The <br />visual characteristics will be very much the same. There will be <br />a conference room and amphitheatre. <br />Chris Kinzel, TJKM,4637 Chabot Drive, Pleasanton, discussed their <br />traffic study. They have conducted 15 traffic studies for the <br />developments in North Pleasanton. There are two developments <br />that have been added in the most recent traffic study to date. <br />July 20 two of the developments were removed and they added the <br />this project and one more to be heard at a later date.
