Commissioner Lindsey favored high density residential zoning for <br />the property. Commissioner Innes said he felt the exact same <br />way. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Innes that GP-84-10 be denied. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />Resolution No. 2522 was entered and adopted recommending denial <br />of case GP-84-10 as motioned. <br />Mr. Harris explained that the general plan amendment will <br />automatically be scheduled to go before the City Council. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Innes that case PUD-84-8 be denied because it is the <br />desire of the Commission to have high density residential housing <br />on the property. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2523 was entered and adopted denying case <br />PUD-84-8. <br />The applicant was advised that he had 15 days in which to appeal <br />this decision to the City Council. <br />UP-84-41, Morrison Homes, Inc. <br />Application of Morrison Homes, Inc. for conditional sue permit <br />approval for a model home complex and subdivision sales office on <br />four parcels located at 1422-34 Elliott Circle. The property is <br />zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br />District. <br />This matter was continued to 9/26/84. <br />UP-84-42,Howard J. White <br />Application of Howard J. White, Inc. for conditional use permit <br />approval to allow for the operation of a model home sales complex <br />consisting of a sales office and model unit to be located at 4465 <br />and 4467 Valley Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-High Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. <br />- 14 - <br />
