MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, August 22, 1984 <br />7:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 22, 1984 was called <br />to order at 7:OOpm by Chairman Gregg Doherty. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Joyce Getty, John Innes, Larry Lindsey, <br />DeWitt Wilson and Gregg Doherty, Chairman. <br />Kaye Wellman, alternate, was also present. <br />None <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Robert L. <br />Warnick, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant <br />City Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />There were no Minutes presented for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this matter. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairman Doherty brought up the current planning workload. He <br />indicated that a meeting would be scheduled on September 26, 1984. <br />He then polled the Commissioners. Commissioners Wilson and Getty <br />indicated they would not be available. After discussion, Chairman <br />Doherty announced that the meeting of the 26th would start at <br />6:OOpm. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />-1- <br />
