Chapter 18.48 I Industrial Districts 18.48.140 Permitted Uses-I-P District: [Add the following use category] Public or private recreation facilities with no more than twenty (20) students on the site at any one time are permitted uses subject to the following conditions: 1. The facility shall adhere to all occupancy, ADA, California Building Code, and exiting requirements. 2. The Zoning Administrator finds that adequate parking is available for the said use.
