The applicant shall provide a detail of the proposed design <br />for the pool equipment muffler/screen to the Planning <br />Director for approval prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit for the swimming pool. <br /> <br />No permits shall be issued and no regrading shall commence <br />until the City has reached an agreement with Amador Valley <br />Savings and Loan and other interested parties, as to the <br />responsibility for the cost of the proposed landscape <br />planting plan and the installation of additional sprinklers. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Ail earth material removed from the site shall use a haul <br />route of Montevino Drive to Vineyard Avenue; no trucks <br />hauling earth material shall use Crellin Road or its feeder <br />streets. <br /> <br />The applicant shall enter an Agreement, in a form approved by <br />the city Attorney, which Agreement reflects these conditions <br />of approval and which Agreement shall be recorded <br /> <br />SR:90:352 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
