CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PAUL <br />AND KAREN ALVAREZ TO REGRADE AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-90-427 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Paul and Karen Alvarez have applied to modify the <br />approved grading plan for an existing lot located at 2924 <br />Amoroso Court (Lot 7, Vintage Heights II) and to modify <br />the landscape buffer installed with the tract to create <br />a flat area which would contain a pool and small patio; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />grading for the overall development was approved under <br />Tract 5835; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, any potential adverse effects in approving this <br /> application will be mitigated by the planting of a <br /> landscape screen. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves Case Z-90-427, the application of Paul and <br />Karen Alvarez to modify the approved grading plan for an <br />existing lot located at 2924 Amoroso Court (Lot 7, <br />Vintage Heights II) and to modify the landscape buffer <br />installed with the tract to create a flat area which <br />would contain a pool and small patio, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
