Revised '10-11-90 <br />8804010.36 <br />Santa Rita Interchange <br />(Pimlico Drive, Parcel C) <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />All that real property lying within Pimlico Drive, City of Pleasanton, <br />California, lying southerly of Parcel C of Parcel Map No. 4419 as filed in <br />Book 149 of Parcel Maps at pages 26 and 27 of the Alameda County Records, <br />California, described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said Parcel C; thence along the <br />southwesterly line of said Parcel C, S 62° 28' 03" E, 133.85 feet to an <br />intersection with a curve having a radial bearing of N 2° 38' 45" E; <br />thence leaving said southwesterly line, procedin§ northwesterly along said <br />curve with a radius of 192.00 feet, through a central angle of 20° 22' 07", <br />and arc length of 68.26 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence along <br />said reverse curve with a radius of 208.00 feet, through a central angle of <br />15° 14' 35", an arc length of 55.34 feet to an intersection with a <br />southerly extension of the westerly line of said Parcel C; thence along <br />said extension, N 1° 15' 19" E, 32.16 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 2083 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br />Reserving from the above described property a lO-foot wide easement for gas <br />line purposes beginning at a point which lies N 62° 28' 03" W, 85.70 feet, <br />measured along the southerly line of said Parcel C, from the southeast <br />corner of said Parcel C; thence S 62° 18' 41" W, 26.56 feet to intersect <br />the southerly line of the above described property. The sidelines of said <br />easement being lengthened or shortened to intersect the northerly and <br />southerly lines of the above described property. <br /> <br />Bearings and distances stated above are related to the California <br />Coordinate System, Zone III - NAD 1927.
