Minutes <br />Planning Commissio. <br />12/11/85 <br />PUD-85-19, Vandenberghe Properties <br />Applicaiton of Vandenberghe Properties for rezoning from "O" <br />(Office) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and <br />development plan approval to construct a four story, 64,000 sq. <br />ft. office building on an approximately 4.9 acre site located on <br />the north side of Happy Valley Road, between the Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company right-of-way and interstate 6so. <br />This matter was continued to 1/8/86. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />There was nothing submitted. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br />REFERRALS <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Citv Council Actions on Planning Commission Cases 12/3/85. <br />Commissioner Innes asked about the action on Val Strough. Mr. <br />Swift reviewed the action of the Council in denying the <br />applicaiton without prejudice. <br />Initiate amendment to Ordinance Code concerning the required <br />setbacks for covered patios in the R-1 zoning District. <br />Commissioner Lindsey, moved that this Zoning Code change be <br />initiated. This motion was seconded by Chairman Wilson and the <br />Planning Commission unanimously voted to initiate this change. <br />Commissioner Michelotti as a result of the proposal for the <br />extension of Stoneridge Drive, and traffic circulation of the <br />area, stated there is a need for the Pleasanton Council to take a <br />positive action to get the Councils of the area together to work <br />on traffic circulation. Discussions should also include the <br />gravel companies. Mr. Swift indicated there is general <br />discussion at the Sand and Gravel meetings. He has met with Bob <br />Brown of Livermore and others concerning this.
