Minutes Planning Commissio. 12/11/85 PUD-85-19, Vandenberghe Properties Applicaiton of Vandenberghe Properties for rezoning from "O" (Office) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and development plan approval to construct a four story, 64,000 sq. ft. office building on an approximately 4.9 acre site located on the north side of Happy Valley Road, between the Southern Pacific Transportation Company right-of-way and interstate 6so. This matter was continued to 1/8/86. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW There was nothing submitted. COMMUNICATIONS There were none. REFERRALS There were none. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION Citv Council Actions on Planning Commission Cases 12/3/85. Commissioner Innes asked about the action on Val Strough. Mr. Swift reviewed the action of the Council in denying the applicaiton without prejudice. Initiate amendment to Ordinance Code concerning the required setbacks for covered patios in the R-1 zoning District. Commissioner Lindsey, moved that this Zoning Code change be initiated. This motion was seconded by Chairman Wilson and the Planning Commission unanimously voted to initiate this change. Commissioner Michelotti as a result of the proposal for the extension of Stoneridge Drive, and traffic circulation of the area, stated there is a need for the Pleasanton Council to take a positive action to get the Councils of the area together to work on traffic circulation. Discussions should also include the gravel companies. Mr. Swift indicated there is general discussion at the Sand and Gravel meetings. He has met with Bob Brown of Livermore and others concerning this.
