Minutes <br />Planning Commissio <br />November 26, 1985 <br />UP-85-43, Fairlands Associates <br />Application of Fairlands Associates for a conditional use permit <br />to allow the establishment of a model home and sales office <br />complex located at 3577 Pimlico Drive, northeast corner of the <br />intersection of Pimlico Drive and Guthrie Street. Zoning for the <br />property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report which recommended approval <br />of this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Charles Ray, Fairlands Associates, had read the staff report and <br />agreed with the conditions shown thereon. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that the findings shown in the staff report are <br />made and that Case UP-85-43 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Michelotti <br />and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wellman <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2729 was entered and adopted approving UP_85-43 as <br />motioned. <br />UP-85-44, C. Solari and Sons <br />Application of C. Solari and Sons for a conditional use permit to <br />allow for warehousing of construction supplies to be located at <br />1040 Serpentine Lane. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Industrial District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report approving Case UP-85-44. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed the Planning Commission and the public hearing <br />was declared closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti that all findings shown in the staff report are made <br />and that Case UP-85-44 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown thereon. <br />- 2 - <br />_. ~ <br />
