MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal AVenue <br />Wednesday, October 23, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of October 23, 1985 was called to <br />order at 8:40pm by Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />unr.r. rnr.r. <br />Commissioners Present: Brian Hoyt, Larry Lindsey, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Kaye Wellman and DeWitt C. <br />Wilson, Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: John Innes <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Ronald Gee, <br />Assistant Planner, Robert Okamura, City <br />Engineer and Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />No Minutes were submitted for consideration. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that 5b, PUD-85-13, Pamela Antrim be continued <br />indefinitely for redesign, Item 5d, PUD-80-15,3D, Michael <br />Martinez be continued indefinitely for redesign; Item 56f, <br />PUD-85-16, Jon Westerland be continued indefinitely for redesign <br />and that Tentative Map No. 4473 for Hari Puri be continued to <br />November 13, 1985. Mr. Swift stated that the items continued <br />indefinitely would be renoticed. The Commission agreed to these <br />continuances. <br />
