Commissioner Wellman indicated she could <br />support the comments of Vice Chairman Lindsey. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Vice <br />Chairman Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for Case <br />PUD-85-10 be recommended for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Michelotti, Wellman and Vice <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2705 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-85-10. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that Case PUD-85-10 be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report, <br />with the following changes: <br />11. That future uses for the second story floor area shall be <br />limited to office uses only, not including any type office <br />that requires parking in a ratio greater than one space per <br />300 sq. ft. of floor area, except a maximum of 2,000 sq. ft. <br />of floor area of the second floor may be used for office uses <br />requiring greater than 1 space per 300 sq. ft. <br />12. That at no time shall the cumulative amount of floor area <br />utilized for uses requiring parking in a ratio greater than <br />one space per 300 sq. ft. of floor area exceed 17,280 sq. ft. <br />18.
