BOX 520 PLEASANTON, CA 94566CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON 91042172 ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-163A RESOLUTION S~RILY VACATING PIMLICO DRIVE PORTIONS OF WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Code, the City Council may summarily vacate excess right of way of a street or highway, when not required for street or highway purposes (8334, Streets & Highways Code); and WHEREAS, portions of Pimlico Drive, as described in Exhibits 1 and 2 attached to this resolution and incorporated herein by reference, are no longer needed for right of way purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Those portions of Pimlico Drive, described in Exhibits 1 and 2 attached to this resolution~ are hereby summarily vacated. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to be recorded in the Office of the Alameda County Recorder. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
