Minutes
Planning Commissioi
July 24, 1985
A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner
Hoyt that PUD-85-14 be recommended for approval subject to the
conditions of the staff report.
ROLL CALL VOTE
AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and
Chairman Wilson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
Resolution No. 2683 was entered and adopted recommending approval
of Case PUD-85-14 as motioned.
A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by
Commissioner Wellman that findings shown in the staff report for
UP-85-27 are made and that this application be approved subject
to the conditions shown in the staff report.
MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW
Modification to Sunrise Villa
Mr. Swift presented the staff report asking for direction in
approving the proposed modification.
Bill Hirst, 235 Main Street, represented Mr. Loving. He
understands that Mr. Loving's group did not own the parcel at the
time the rental restriction was imposed. The rent restriction
was not recorded.
Chairman Wilson asked how long these units have been occupied.
Mr. Hirst responded that they have been occupied approximately
1-1/2 years.
Commissioner Lindsey stated that even though the applicant did
know about the restriction when they purchased the property, he
did not have a problem in removing it inasmuch as a very small
number of units are involved.
After discussion the Planning Commission stated that in their
opinion the modification was insubstantial in nature and should
be treated as a minor modification. They instructed staff to
follow suggestion No. 1 of the staff report.
ROLL CALL VOTE
MOTION: Commissioner Lindsey
SECOND: Chairman Wilson
AYES: Commissioners Hoyt,
Chairman Wilson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
- 18 -
Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and
., -r
