CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-162 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY HANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA TO RECEIVE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS <br />THROUGH THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />(HCD) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1991v 1992, AND <br />1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of September 4, 1990, the Citiy Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development (SR 90:354) regarding the HCD <br />program and the draft Cooperative Agreement with the <br />County of Alameda; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a <br /> Cooperative Agreement between the city of Pleasanton and <br /> the County of Alameda to receive Community Development <br /> Block Grant (CDBG) funds through the Housing and <br /> Community Development (HCD) program for Fiscal Years <br /> 1991, 1992, and 1993. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON SEPTEMBER 4, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
