Resolution No. 90-161 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council determines that the existing building <br />permit and plans for the Pleasant Village Center, 6700 <br />Santa Rita Road at Pimlico Drive, are in substantial <br />compliance with Measure X. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 90-144 is rescinded, thereby permitting <br />the continued construction of the retail commercial <br />complex at 6700 Santa Rita Road as filed under <br />PUD-80-15-5D-2M, as conditionally approved. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON AUGUST 22, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOR~: ~ <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, and Mohr <br />Councilmember Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br /> A~T: <br /> Pegg~ ~.~E~idr~ city Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
