CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATI~rE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF MCDONAI/)'S FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-90-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 21, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for an <br />approximately 5,000 sq. ft. drive-through restaurant <br />facility on an approximately 2.5 acre site located at <br />6800 Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated August 21, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of McDonald's for Planned Unit Development rezoning and <br /> development plan approval for an approximately 5,000 sq. <br /> ft. drive-through restaurant facility on an approximately <br /> 2.5 acre site located at 6800 Sant Rita Road, as filed <br /> under Case PUD-90-9. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
