MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, March 13, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 13, 1985 was called to <br />order at 8:OOpm by Gregg Doherty, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt <br />C. Wilson and Gregg Doherty, <br />Chairman. Kaye Wellman, alternate, <br />was also present. <br />John Innes <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Robert L. Warnick, Director of <br />Public Works & Utilities; Robert <br />Okamura, Assistant City Engineer; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of February 13, 1985 were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Getty suggested that the Planning Commission <br />schedule be discussed inasmuch as City Council changed theirs at <br />their meeting of March 12, 1985 to the first and third Tuesday of <br />each month.
