CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-159 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK <br />AUF DER MAUR/GI2~NVITJ~ DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 21, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Frank Auf der Maur/Glanville Development <br />Corporation for Planned Unit Development rezoning and <br />development plan approval for a 13-unit detached and <br />attached residential subdivision located at 4011 and 4013 <br />Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated May 11, 1990 and received the recommendations <br />of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezo~ing and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-90-8, <br /> the application of Frank Auf der Maur/Glanville <br /> Development Corporation for a 13-unit detached and <br /> attached residential subdivision located at 4011 and 4013 <br /> <br />Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
