CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-159 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR/GI2~NVITJ~ DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-8 WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 21, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Frank Auf der Maur/Glanville Development Corporation for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 13-unit detached and attached residential subdivision located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 11, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezo~ing and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the city Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-90-8, the application of Frank Auf der Maur/Glanville Development Corporation for a 13-unit detached and attached residential subdivision located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley Boulevard. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
