Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />June 25, 1986 <br />Condition 28, 29, and 30 - Mr. Swift said Condition No. 29 is <br />deleted under Planning's Condition No. 15. They other two <br />are standard conditions. Mr. Swift stated that No. 28 <br />requires landscaping the portion of the road that hasn't been <br />completed. <br />Mr. Mendetti asked about the amount on the face of the bond. <br />Mr. Okamura said it is usually $2500 to $5,000 for the <br />duration of the project. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Michelotti to recommend approval of the negative <br />declaration for PUD-85-17-1M as approval of the project would <br />have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2806 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the Negative Declaration prepared for PUD-85-17-1M as <br />motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti that PUD-85-17-1M be recommended for approval subject <br />to the conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, WEllman <br />and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2807 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of PUD-85-17-1M as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONS REVIEW <br />There were none. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There was none. <br />v~!~n!nvar.Q <br />There was none. <br />- 10 - <br /> <br />
