NOTICE TO THOSE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />********************* <br />The Planning Commission will grant to each person who wishes to <br />speak a chance to do so. Anyone desiring to speak may do so only <br />after being recognized by the Chairman. In addressing the <br />Planning Commission we ask that you not repeat points made by a <br />previous speaker and that you organize your comments so that your <br />statement is concise and pertinent to the topic under discussion. <br />Should rebuttal be requested each side will have a total of five <br />(5) minutes. PUD-86-1, Adaas/Combs/Skinner <br />Application of Earl Adams, Robert Combs, and William <br />Skinner for development plan approval for a 17 unit <br />single-family residential development, to be located on <br />an approximately 10 acre site located approximately 400 <br />feet west of Martin Avenue between Mohr Avenue and <br />Cameron Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District. <br />b. PUD-80-14M/PUD-82-1-1M <br />Application of Reynolds and Brown to amend conditions of <br />approval governing development of Pleasanton Park, an <br />industrial commercial development located northwest of <br />Hopyard Road and Owens Drive to allow maximum building <br />floor area within the site to exceed 40%. <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />
