Anyone desiring to speak may do so only <br />after being recognized by the Chairman. In addressing the <br />Planning Commission we ask that you not repeat points made by a <br />previous speaker and that you organize your comments so that your <br />statement is concise and pertinent to the topic under discussion. <br />Should rebuttal be requested each side will have a total of five <br />(5) minutes.
