Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />4/23/86 <br />Tract 5615, Payne <br />Application of John and Alison Payne to subdivide an <br />approximately 2.8 acre site into 36 parcels for residential uses, <br />ranging in size from approximately 3,15o square feet to <br />approximately 1,375 square feet, and one parcel to be maintained <br />as a common area, located at 4089 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this project. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this item. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hoyt that Tract 5615 be approved subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2784 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5615 <br />as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMI$SION~S REVIEW <br />Report on Information to be Made Available to Applicants for <br />Design Review Approval for Signage <br />The Planning Commissioners supported the statements recommended <br />by staff requesting that the last sentence be typed in bold <br />print. <br />Report of the Pleasanton Postal Service Committee <br />Commissioner Kaye Wellman presented the report of the Postal <br />Committee including the proposed plan which shows the proposed <br />parking, ingress and egress. She reviewed the relocation of the <br />driveways. <br />Chairman Wilson commended Commissioner Wellman with all of her <br />work and efforts in helping to get 10 additional parking places <br />and changed driveways to accommodate the ingress and egress at <br />the post office. <br />- 5 - <br />__ . _ r__. .__~__ .. _ .._, <br />
