Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />vn r.r. n n T.T. <br />Commissioners Present: SharrellyMichelottineKayeaWellmandand~ <br />DeWitt Wilson, Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of April 9, 1986 <br />were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM NIiICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that discussion of a joint Park and <br />Recreation/Planning Commission meeting be added to the end of the <br />agenda. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Vice Chairman Larry Lindsey announced that this evening is the <br />last meeting for Chairman DeWitt Wilson as his term will end May <br />5, 1986. <br />Vice Chairman Lindsey reviewed his six year history on the <br />Planning Commission and praised DeWitt Wilson for all of his <br />knowledge, work and time dedicated to the City during his tenure. <br />Commissioner Wellman presented a plaque from the Planning <br />Commissioners in appreciation of Chairman Wilson's efforts, <br />cooperation and work during his tenure with his fellow <br />Commissioners. <br />- 1 - <br />
