Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />January 22, 1986 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Wellman and Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSENT: Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2754 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />Z-85-408 as motioned. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There was none. <br />REFERRALS <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Mr. Swift reviewed the actions of the City Council on 1/21/86. <br />He stated that concerning the proposed ordinance code amendment <br />regarding reducing side yard setbacks the Council asked the <br />matter be continued for further input as it might be desirable to <br />have the setback enlarged.
