MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 8, 1986 <br />8:o0pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 8, 1986 was called~to <br />order at 8:OOpm by Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL" CALL <br />Commissioners Present: John Innes, Larry Lindsey Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Kaye Wellman, and DeWitt C. <br />Wilson, Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: Brian Hoyt (out-of-town) <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of December 11, 1985 were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift indicated that the applicant in item 6c, Case <br />PUD-85-12-1M, had withdrawn its application. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey indicated he would step down from Item 6e, <br />PUD-85-20, Marment for possible conflict of interest. <br />Commissioner Innes asked Mr. Swift to ask to Mr. Okamura about <br />the accident on Foothill Road at Foothill Knolls. Mr. Swift <br />indicated this was checked out and the only record of an accident <br />was one which happened on Stoneridge Drive. Mr. Innes indicated <br />there definitely was an accident on Foothill Road/Foothill <br />Knolls. Mr. Swift stated the City has no such report, however, <br />the City is checking with the Highway Patrol. <br />- 1 - <br />
