Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />Wednesday, December 10, 1986 <br />Resolution No. 2881 was entered and adopted recooiecdias approval <br />of Case UP-86-54 and modification to Council's p Y <br />motioned. <br />RZ-86-14, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the Clhywrouphtairon~nsplitmragitor otherisimilare <br />to allow six foot hig g <br />type fencing within the required front yard setbacks in the <br />R-1-20,000, R-1-40,000 (Single-family Residential) and "A" <br />(Agricultural) Districts Districts. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this applicaiton. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this issue. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissionerstatedaintthe staffRreport4 be recommended for <br />approval as <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, <br />• Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2882 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case RZ-86-14 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Memorandum - First Street Restaurant Status <br />Commissioner Innes asked if the developer was going bankrupt and <br />asked if there is any way to make sure that at least the parking <br />lot gets finished. Mr. Elliott stated he doesn't know whether or <br />not there have been any bonds posted for this project. Mr. Swift <br />stated that generally a private developments do not have this as <br />a requirement. Chairman Lindsey asked staff to keep an eye on <br />the development of this site. <br />Memorandum - Rose Pavilion Signs <br />Chairman Lindsey asked that the applicant come back and review <br />the sign program with the Design Review Board. While the Design <br />Review approved the sign program, the results are not as <br />envisioned. The Commissioners all agreed with this comment. <br />Mr. swift indicated he would contact the developer regarding the <br />sign program. <br />- 8 - <br />
