on the checklist. A-I proposed green building measures shall be shown <br />throughout the plan set, as appropriate, as determined by the Planning Director <br />and the Chief Building Official. A special inspection by a representative from the <br />Planning Department shall be coordinated with regards to landscaping, irrigation, <br />and exterior materials. All of the green building measures indicated on the <br />approved checklist shall be inspected and approved by either the City of <br />Pleasanton, a qualified specialist, or the applicant shall provide written verification <br />by the project engineer, architect, landscape architect, or designer. <br />7. Prior approval from the Planning Department must be received before any <br />changes are constituted in site design, grading, building design, building colors or <br />materials, landscape material, etc. <br />8. A construction trailer shall be allowed to be placed on the project site for daily <br />administration/coordination purposes during the construction period. At no time <br />shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles, if any, shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br />9. The approved building materials and colors shall be stated on the building permit <br />plans to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Substitutions shall not be <br />allowed unless otherwise approved by the Planning Director. <br />10. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction <br />equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. The Planning Director may allow earlier <br />"start-times" for specific construction activities (e.g., concrete-foundation/floor <br />pouring), if it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning Director that <br />the construction noise and traffic will not affect nearby residents. <br />Planning: <br />11. Permitted and Conditionally Permitted Uses for the project shall be those outlined <br />in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br />12. Sports Courts shall not be permitted. <br />2 <br />
