DAVIDSON COUNTY RECORDER NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: .Section 1: That portion of Foothill Road, described in Exhibit 1 attached to this resolution is hereby summarily vacated and shall be offered to Lewis L. and Beryl C. Johnson, at no cost to the Johnsons. Section 2: With respect to the "no access" prohibition from Lot 2 Tract 2963, recorded on July 18, 1968, in Book 57 of Maps, Page 62, Official Records of Alameda County, to Foothill Road, that prohibition is hereby removed on the westerly 117.95 feet of said Lot 2. section 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to be recorded in the Office of the Alameda County Recorder. section 4: The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Pleasanton any and all documents necessary to transfer said property to the adjacent property owners, and to remove the "no access" prohibition, all as provided herein. section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
