DAVIDSON <br />COUNTY RECORDER <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />.Section 1: That portion of Foothill Road, described in Exhibit 1 <br />attached to this resolution is hereby summarily vacated <br />and shall be offered to Lewis L. and Beryl C. Johnson, at <br />no cost to the Johnsons. <br /> <br />Section 2: With respect to the "no access" prohibition from Lot 2 <br />Tract 2963, recorded on July 18, 1968, in Book 57 of <br />Maps, Page 62, Official Records of Alameda County, to <br />Foothill Road, that prohibition is hereby removed on the <br />westerly 117.95 feet of said Lot 2. <br /> <br />section 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to <br />be recorded in the Office of the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />section 4: The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of <br />the City of Pleasanton any and all documents necessary to <br />transfer said property to the adjacent property owners, <br />and to remove the "no access" prohibition, all as <br />provided herein. <br /> <br />section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON AUGUST 21, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
