CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-153 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 TO ESTABLISH A THREE-WAY STOP ON JUNIPERO STREET AT SAN ANTONIO STREET, A THREE-WAY STOP AT CONCORD STREET AND TOURIGA DRIVE, AND STOP SIGNS ON GARIBALDI PLACE AT HEARST DRIVE, C~STERSON COURT AT HEARST DRIVE, AND GRANT COURT AT HEARST DRIVE WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 21, 1990, the City Council received and discussed reports (SR 90:328, SR 90:329, and SR 90:330) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to installation of stop signs at various locations; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to establish stop signs at the below locations; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections: 3c-16 Concord Street, at Touriga Drive; stopping traffic on Concord Street in both directions. 3c-17 Casterson Court, at Hearst Drive; stopping traffic on Casterson Court. 3g-6 Garibaldi Place, at Hearst Drive; stopping traffic on Garibaldi Place. 3g-7 Grant Court, at Hearst Drive; stopping traffic on Grant Court. 3j -3 Junipero Street, at San Antonio Street; stopping traffic on Junipero Street in both directions.
