THE CITY OF <br />~L£~S~4NTONm <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Date: April 13, 2007 <br />To: Mayor and City CoLmcil Members <br />From: Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney <br />Subject Complete Americans for Safe Access report regarding Local Regulation of <br />Medical Marijuana Dispensaries <br />With the staff report for the medical marijuana matter (Item 18) on your April 17th agenda, staff <br />attached atwo-page excerpt from a report by Americans for Safe Access regarding Medical Cannabis <br />Dispensing Collectives and Local Reg>ulation.
