CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-150 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REAPPOINTINGRALPHLAIRDAS A <br /> MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY ADVISORY <br /> COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Laird was appointed as a member of the <br /> Pleasanton Library Advisory Commission for a term <br /> of four years, which term expired on July 1, 1990; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Laird reapplied to be on the commission and <br /> there were no other applicants; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Ralph Laird is hereby reappointed as a member of <br /> the Pleasanton Library Advisory Commission for a <br /> four year term, which term expires on July 1, 1994, <br /> or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 7, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peg~rk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO~M: j <br /> <br />Michael H.
