Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br />Mr. Quaglia presented the report recommending approval of Case <br />F'UD-81-3+~-'SD-4M subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Dave Garrison, Vice President of Pacific G!uadrant, represented <br />the application and concurred with the staff report. He said <br />they now have more information than when the case was presented <br />before. A representative from Chili's was also present to <br />ariswer questions. He noted that the requested modification is <br />mainly to accommodate Chili's. <br />Commissioner Berger asked Mr. Garrison to identify the proposed <br />plan on the bulletin board. <br />Mr. Garrison stressed that with all the changes the quality of <br />the project has not been diminished. <br />Commissioner Hoyt asked Mr. Garrison if the Chili's is like the <br />one at Fremont.
