ROLL_CALL_VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Mahern, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />AbSE1:iT: Commissioner Hovingh and Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resol~etion No. PC-BS-ic74 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />RZ-88-8 as motioned. <br />Tract ~9451_CurrinlTimm <br />Application of Currin Construction and Timm Development, Inc. to <br />subdivide an approximately 260 acre site into 80 parcels for <br />single-f amily residential use and 4 parcels f or common open <br />space and related uses, ranging in size from approximately <br />39,000 sq. ft. to approximately 7 acres, located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road approximately 3,100 sq. ft. south of the <br />intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road. Zoning far the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Law Density <br />Residential/Open Space District. <br />Application continued to October 1~, 1988. <br />PUD=B1=Wit)-_35D=4M1_Pacific_Quadrant Dev_eloement <br />Application of Pacific Quadrant Development Company for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan f or an <br />approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex to allow <br />exterior building and site changes to accommodate a restaurant <br />use to be located at the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br />Mr. Quaglia presented the report recommending approval of Case <br />F'UD-81-3+~-'SD-4M subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Dave Garrison, Vice President of Pacific G!uadrant, represented <br />the application and concurred with the staff report. He said <br />they now have more information than when the case was presented <br />before. A representative from Chili's was also present to <br />ariswer questions. He noted that the requested modification is <br />mainly to accommodate Chili's. <br />Commissioner Berger asked Mr. Garrison to identify the proposed <br />plan on the bulletin board. <br />Mr. Garrison stressed that with all the changes the quality of <br />the project has not been diminished. <br />Commissioner Hoyt asked Mr. Garrison if the Chili's is like the <br />one at Fremont. Mr. Garrison said he would let the <br />r-epresentative of Chili's answer that question. <br />F'age 6 <br />
