CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-148 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF RON <br />SCHNEIDER (~P-90-12) OF A DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION UPHOLDING THE <br />APPLICATION OF SAMMY SHRIMALI FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-88-3-4M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 27, 1990, the Planning <br />Commission denied the appeal of Ron Schneider to <br />the Planning Department's determination that the <br />building permit issued to Sammy Shrimali for a <br />single family residence to be located at 2853 <br />Victoria Ridge Court (Tract 5908, Lot 20) is in <br />compliance with the approved planned unit <br />development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this matter was appealed to the City Council by Mr. <br />Schneider; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the matter was considered by the Council on <br />August 7, 1990 and was open to a public hearing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council denies the appeal of Ron <br />Schneider and confirms that the building permit <br />issued to Sammy Shrimali for a single family <br />residence to be located at 2853 Victoria Ridge <br />Court (Tract 5908~ Lot 20) is in compliance with <br />the approved planned unit development. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
