MINUTES <br />PLANNINQ COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, April 27, 1988 <br />S:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of April 27, 1988 was called to <br />order at 8:30pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, <br />Marcelline Mahern, Sharrell Michelotti, <br />Ben Tarver, and Chairman Larry Lindsey <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Tom Quaglia, Associate Planner, <br />Gary Leach, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works; Jim Balch, Police Sergeant; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the April 11, 1988 meeting were approved as <br />submitted with the following amendments: <br />Page 2, Paragraph 2, add: "Staff should bring back those items <br />for growth management and low income exemptions to the Planning <br />Commission." <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRE88 THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH I8 NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVI8ION8 AND OMI88ION8 TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Quaglia asked that the following items be continued to <br />May 11, 1988: UP-88-8, Ahlberg/Howard, PUD-88-5, Spieker <br />Partners, PUD-88-6, Flower Realty/Prudential Insurance Co., and <br />PUD-88-8, Beratlis/Estate of Vassallo. The Planning Commission <br />agreed to continue these items. <br />-1- <br />
